As we are doing an inspection we are taking notes about what we are finding (if anything) and where it was found. This allows us to go back through the notes when we are making up your maintenance report to make sure we cover everything we found.

We will send you a report on what we have found along with a bid for any work needing done. The bid will be broken down into the different phases of work needing done along with the cost of each phase.
